All inspections are carried out in accordance with the relevant Australian Standards:

Building inspections follow AS 4349.1-2007, covering structural elements, interior and exterior finishes, the roof space, subfloor and site drainage within the readily accessible areas of the property.

Timber pest inspections follow AS 4349.3-2010, covering evidence of termites, borers and fungal decay, as well as conditions conducive to timber pest activity.

Every inspection is a visual, non-invasive assessment. We use professional-grade tools including moisture meters, thermal awareness and sounding techniques to supplement the visual examination and help identify issues that may not be obvious to the untrained eye.
